Which Type of Leader
Are You?
The Pushover:  Is run ragged all day "babysitting problem children"
The All-Star:  Enjoys the satisfaction of knowing a team of Simpleology Black Belts is building their business for them

Want to be an All-Star? There's only one thing you'll ever have to ask your team to do to make that happen. And in the off-chance it doesn't work, I'll break out the big guns. (Read on ...)

Y
ou know, I really don't enjoy flying.

The worst part of it is really surprising. Yes, it dehydrates your body. Yes, sitting in a chair for 12 hours or more can throw out your back. Yes, DVT is a real possibility, even for the healthy.

But the worst part? The interruption to my routine!

Thanks to Simpleology, I have some really powerful things in my life on total autopilot. I now have a morning routine that cranks me up to maximum productivity - without even breaking a sweat - each and every day. I now have health habits that have given me a body in my late 40's that would make young athletes jealous. I have the peace of mind that only comes from knowing who I am and knowing where I'm going.

But there's some saving grace to this trip ...

See, while my personal routine is interrupted by flying, my business is not. Why? Because everyone who works with me is a Simpleology Black Belt. I demand that.

These guys know how to zoom in on the HIME (High Impact, Minimal Effort) stuff that makes a real difference and just get it done.

They don't muck around on facebook.

They don't gossip.

They don't complain. ("Hey Mark, help me solve this fun challenge" - instead of "Mark! You want the impossible!")

Pretty nice, right? Could you imagine what this trip would have been like if I had the "average" collection of employees you see in the work force these days? It's hard enough to sleep on the plane without having to worry about the mischief a group of jokers like that would be concocting while "the cat was away."

Yay me. I don't have that problem anymore, thank goodness.

But it gets better. A lot better. They know how to effortlessly manage projects and systems keeping the company running like a well-oiled machine ... They understand and use Kankyo Kaizen to make the environment they work in more pleasant and more productive by the day ... They actually care about the business because they understand how important that is not only for the success of the company but for their own livelihoods.

And the best part?

Haha, I don't even have to train these guys to be like this.
I only have to require two things of them ...

Step 1. Log in to Simpleology each morning.

Step 2. Click the "do today's training" button.

Sound familiar?

Well, guess what. You just stumbled on the real power of Simpleology. Sure, it has helped over a million people achieve freedom by simplifying their lives, but the reason it's used by Fortune 500s and the US government is because of the "force-multiplication" factor it is for teams.

I mean, think about it ... If you'll indulge me in a sci-fi metaphor, would you rather your business were run by an army of unhappy robots or a smaller team of elite Jedi Knights?

It's pretty obvious, but here's the clincher: the smaller team of Jedi Knights will accomplish more and cost you less (not just in labor costs, but in lowered losses from mistakes and lost customers caused by the unhappy robots).

And the icing on the cake? You'll only have to add a small extra cost per employee to make this happen. ("Coffee money" per day per employee. That's it.)

My Personal Guarantee

I will personally make sure you succeed.

"If you can invest in the excellence of your team and just get them to click the "do today's training" each morning for the next three months (long enough for them to get their Simpleology Black Belts) then you will achieve a total turnaround in the output of your team that you can see clearly on your balance sheet, in your Key Performance Indicators, and the quality of your sleep or else I will personally do a half day Google Hangout with you and your team and solve your remaining problems for you. And if you're still not satisfied we'll refund every single cent you paid. I personally guarantee it."
